Appeal is admitted. If the appellant depositsRs.5 Lakhs u/s.14B and Rs.3 Lakhs u/s. 7Q within period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order shall remained stayed, failing which appellant not entitled for interim relief granted today.
